Monthly fees: $50.00 for first member, then $15.0 each additional immediate family member. Karate Kidz: Ages 3-7: The purpose and main focus of the curriculum is to teach young children dicipline, concentration skills, development of self control, safety awareness, life skills, and beginning martial arts training. Junior Kids: Ages 8-12: Traditional martial arts training, including weapons, grappling, sparring, and self defense techniques. Teen/Adults: Martial arts training intensified by grappling, sparring, self defense, weapons, and basics.
Rick Heath is a 6th degree black belt master and the main instructor at Standale Karate. Rick has been an instructor and martial arts school owner for over twenty years and has been involved in martial arts for thirty years. He enjoys teaching both children and adults at both locations of Standale (Lincoln Country Club) and Allendale (Allendale Gymnastics Center). Rick incorporates healthy lifestyles and daily exercise into his martial arts program. Rick and his wife Jan, who is the business director, reside in Ottawa County |
