Payment & Billing Information
Payment options: AGC accepts cash, checks, VISA, and MASTERCARD. We also have automatic billing available. See the front desk for auto pay forms.
AGC’s Registration Fees/Tuition Info
For students attending AGC, there is an annual registration fee of $35 per child or $60 per family which is due upon sign up. This is a once a year payment good until August 31st of each year.
All tuition is DUE on or by the 15th of each month.
(Tuition is paid one month in advance.)
AGC requires that you give two (2) weeks notice prior to dropping any class for any reason. If two (2) weeks is not given, a charge of ½ month’s tuition will be assessed.
Policies and Procedures
- Student Attire and Safety:
- All hair must be tied back away from face.
- No jewelry.
- No gum.
- No footed tights.
- No zippers, buttons, or snaps.
- Wear leotards or shorts with a shirt tucked in.
- Students are permitted on equipment only during their class time.
- Students must remain in class until they are dismissed.
- Parent Guidelines:
- Parents must remain behind fences within viewing are at all times.
- Any other observers, including siblings, must be behind the fences or in the play area.
- Please do not give corrections to your child from the viewing area. This makes it difficult for the coach to be the authority figure during class.
- These guidelines are in place for liability reasons and are required by our insurance company.
- Discipline Policy:
- It is always our intention to be positive, warm, and caring with your child. However, below is our procedure if discipline is needed.
- A verbal warning.
- A short time out.
- Contact with the parents.
- If all avenues have been explored and the disruptive behavior continues, your child will be removed from class.
- Make-ups and illnesses:
- In the event of a class absence, the student is responsible for scheduling a make-up lesson. All make-ups must be scheduled within six weeks.
- USAG Girls Team Make-up Policy:
- In the event of a team practice absence, the gymnast is responsible for scheduling a make-up in another team practice or with a recreational class make-up. Two weeks per calendar year (January to January) of tuition credit can be used. If you do not use your two weeks, they can not be carried over into the next year.
- Bad Weather and Holiday Closings:
- Bad Weather: When the Allendale Public Schools close, daytime classes will be cancelled. Please call the gym after 2:00pm to inquire about evening classes. (Office staff or an answering machine message will supply closure information.)
- Holidays: When AGC closes due to a holiday, a make-up credit will be issued if applicable
