Mission Statement

Our mission at AGC is to provide quality safe instruction of physical fitness, to provide an enviroment which will enable children in the arts of gymnastics, cheerleading, dance, karate, and power tumbling and trampoline to set goals, explore new challenges, and discover their innate worth...and to inspire greatness in others. As a company we desire to align ourselves with the USAG and USTA in order to encourage participation and pursue excellence in all aspects of gymnastics. As a staff we hope to not only train athletes and push them to reach their potential, but to help instill discipline, teamwork, and to increase their self-confidence, self-esteem, and self-worth.

Philosophy

We ascribe to the philosophy of the American Coaching Education Program: "Embellish the Journey, not the Destination. We are athletes first, winning is second. The road our athletes travel down is the experience that brings them to the destination. When the eye is only on the destination, we never enjoy the road we're standing on! That is why it is our intention to do our best, train our best, and compete our best. Trophies, medals, and titles are by-products of our efforts, not the reason for our efforts."
